If you need direct access to working real estate professionals in the Richmond metro area, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders prospecting for referral partners, title companies looking to introduce their services, PropTech platforms targeting early adopters, CE providers filling course seats, insurance agents selling E&O or home warranty products, and recruiters hunting for experienced producers all rely on verified agent contact data to drive outreach that actually reaches the right inbox.

Buying a list of real estate agents is only worthwhile if the contacts are current and reachable. This Henrico County file contains {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. Whether you are running an email sequence, a SMS campaign, or building a cold-call list, this data gives you the foundation to execute without wasting budget on bounced messages and dead ends.

Why Buy a Henrico County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, the same licensing board that governs who can legally practice real estate in the state. That means you are not buying scraped web data or recycled contacts from a broker who repackaged someone else's file. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from source bi-annually. That process backs the 96% deliverability guarantee, which is not a number most budget vendors would dare to publish.

Dr Bill has been in the list business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to marketers, lenders, recruiters, and vendors across every industry that touches real estate. When you are ready to load contacts into a cold-email platform, this data is formatted to import cleanly into tools like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is purpose-built for compliant, high-volume outreach to professional audiences.

How to Use This Henrico County Agent List

The most immediate use is email outreach, but this file supports a full multichannel strategy. Upload the emails to a cold-email platform like Zap Contact to run sequenced campaigns, use the mailing addresses for direct mail pieces, or hand the cell numbers to your inside sales team for phone follow-up. The same email addresses can be used for LinkedIn audience matching to layer in social impressions alongside your email touches.

The list can also be segmented by license type, allowing you to separate designated brokers from sales agents and tailor your messaging accordingly. A broker running a 15-agent office needs a different pitch than an independent agent working solo. That segmentation alone can double your response rate compared to blasting the same message to every contact in the file.

Why Henrico County, Virginia Agent Data Matters

Henrico County wraps around Richmond and includes major communities like Short Pump, Glen Allen, Sandston, and Varina. Agents working these submarkets operate in distinct price bands and client profiles, and reaching them with county-level precision is far more effective than paying for a statewide Virginia list that buries your ideal prospect inside tens of thousands of irrelevant contacts. When you buy Henrico County real estate agent email list data at this level, you are investing in relevance, not just volume.

This list is available filtered down to the zip code level within the county, a capability no other vendor currently offers for Henrico. That means you can focus your campaign on a specific zip where your product has the strongest fit, test messaging in one area before scaling, or align outreach with a geographic territory your sales team already covers. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents across the county, there is enough depth to run a meaningful campaign without going outside your true target market.
