About Tim Collins

Tim Collins is dedicated to guiding clients in their pursuit of the ideal property, whether that be a coastal retreat, a sound investment, or a charming beach getaway. With a diverse background in finance, sales, and sports coaching, Tim exemplifies strong leadership and an exceptional work ethic in every endeavor he undertakes.

A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor, where he was recognized as a two-time All-American Scholar-Athlete. Following his college years, he embarked on a successful 24-year career in sales management. In 2013, Tim relocated to the Emerald Coast and began his real estate journey by developing long- and short-term property portfolios for a property management firm. His aspiration to establish his own agency led him to obtain his real estate license shortly thereafter.

In 2020, Tim launched Coastal Premier Properties, which impressively generated over $30 million in sales volume within its inaugural year. Guided by principles of honesty, integrity, and trust, Tim is committed to facilitating success for both clients and agents. He focuses on maximizing returns for buyers and investors while also mentoring colleagues in business growth and effective deal-making.

Before settling in Florida, Tim spent significant time in Dallas and Atlanta. He and his wife, Lydia, have owned property in Walton County since 2004 and currently reside in Miramar Beach. They enjoy beach outings with their two Labrador retrievers, Cooper and Murphy, as well as savoring sunsets with a glass of wine at local restaurants. Tim has a passion for travel, architectural and interior design, and philanthropy, actively supporting the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation, local animal rescues, and organizations dedicated to combating ALS. Sports remain a vital part of Tim's life, as he continues to be an avid fan of basketball and baseball.
