**Tim Hollinden – The Hollinden Team**

With a lifelong connection to real estate, Tim Hollinden's journey began in childhood, accompanying his father, a retired architectural draftsman, on job sites. He officially entered the real estate sector in 2002 by joining an ERA franchise, where he honed his skills for eight years before transitioning to RE/MAX Real Estate Center in 2010. In 2011, Tim took a significant step by acquiring his own RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX Champions, which he successfully expanded to over 30 agents, making it the third-largest RE/MAX office in the Louisville area.

As the leader of The Hollinden Team, Tim consistently positioned his team among the top three RE/MAX teams in Louisville. Notably, in 2017, they ranked as the fifth largest team across Kentucky and Tennessee. Tim's dedication to excellence earned him the Diamond Club distinction at RE/MAX three times in five years, recognizing his achievement of over $1,000,000 in commissions and his commitment to exceptional client service.

In March 2018, Tim transitioned to eXp Realty, where he continues to lead his team and support a network of 193 agents in their business growth. He has achieved his commission cap with eXp for three consecutive years and has been honored with the prestigious ICON award for three years running.

Residing in Crestwood, Kentucky, Tim shares his life with his wife, Angie, who is also a licensed agent and integral to their business. They are proud parents of two successful adult children, TJ and Tera, both of whom are Realtors on their Louisville-based sales team. In his leisure time, Tim enjoys relaxing poolside with his three grandsons and family at their home in Crestwood, as well as at their beach condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and their lake house at Nolin Lake, Kentucky.

Tim has dedicated over eight years to volunteer service with the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, contributing to various committees and serving on the Board of Directors. His past board roles include positions with Trinity High School, Wednesday’s Child, Kentucky Child Assault Prevention, and Kentuckiana Girl Scouts.
