Tim Kubik, a native of Kansas, hails from Colby in the northwest region of the state. His upbringing in a small town instilled in him a deep appreciation for outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing, as well as a passion for sports. Tim values the unique qualities of Kansas, particularly its people.

Since 1992, Tim and his wife, Jana, have made their home in Wichita, where they are actively involved in the west side community and the Maize School District, raising their three children: Karli, Max, and Kinsley.

Tim holds a degree in Marketing from Kansas State University and has dedicated the past 25 years to a successful career as a Professional Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry. His role has involved extensive travel across the state, educating physicians and enhancing patient care. Throughout his career, Tim has honed essential skills in sales, negotiation, contract management, and lead follow-up, complemented by training in public speaking through the Dale Carnegie Course, time management with Franklin/Covey, and various sales methodologies.

His passion for real estate ignited in 2005 when he began investing in rental properties and flipping houses. Tim enjoys every aspect of real estate, particularly the opportunity to connect with people. Over the years, he has built a network of relationships with bankers, investors, property managers, and fellow agents.
