Tim is the Broker Owner of Realty World Tim Muetterties & Associates Tim was raised in the Arnold area and has been in the real estate business since 1979 and received his Brokers license in 1981 Tim was President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 1997 & 2000 Tim is a two-time recipient of the Calaveras County “Realtor of the year award” and has also been inducted into the Calaveras County Association of Realtors “Hall of Fame ” Tim has also served as a court-appointed receiver Tim has been very active and a major supporter of the Arnold Community During his time as a real estate agent Tim has been actively involved with the California Association of Realtors since 1993 He received “Distinguished Chairman of the year” award in 2007 from the California Association of Realtors for his involvement in the Housing Affordability Fund He also was honored and given an award in 2007 for his service to the Calaveras County Housing Affordability Fund
