Tim Skoglin serves as the full-time Broker/Owner, bringing over 28 years of experience to the San Diego County real estate market. He began his career in November 1995, becoming the youngest resale real estate agent in the county and the second youngest mortgage broker at that time. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing, earned in 1993, and has three years of experience in the financial services sector with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and T. Rowe Price, where he obtained Series 6 and 63 licenses. His real estate journey commenced with a prominent developer in Downtown San Diego, where he played a key role in sales and financing for new live/work loft projects.

Now, with over two decades of uninterrupted experience, Tim operates his brokerage alongside his wife, Kristine.
