Tim achieved the prestigious Eagle Scout rank at the age of 15, alongside earning the God and Country medal in the same year. Following high school, he embarked on an adventurous journey, riding a 1970 Kawasaki Mach III across British Columbia, the Yukon, and all the way to Fairbanks, Alaska. He later graduated with a degree in education and pursued a Master's in Theology, where he notably diagrammed the Book of Romans in Koine Greek for his graduate thesis.

For over three decades, Tim has been happily married and is the proud father of two children. He shares his home with three dogs, each with their own unique charm. Outside of his professional commitments, Tim dedicates his Thursday evenings to outreach efforts for the homeless in Hollywood and actively participates in his church's Soup Kitchen every Friday afternoon.

Since his inaugural year in real estate, Tim has consistently excelled, earning numerous awards and establishing himself as a Hall of Fame producer.
