He and his wife, Jerri, raise their daughters, Sydney Halle and Avery, in Lewisburg. Tim represents the fifth generation of his family in the local real estate sector, following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather, Edwin D. Mensch, who founded the Mensch Agency in 1926.

Tim's lifelong exposure to the real estate industry inspired him to pursue it as a profession. Prior to his career in real estate, he served in the U.S. Army, both domestically and in Germany. He also gained valuable experience working with local manufacturing and supply companies while completing his college education.
