Tim's real estate career commenced in 1986 at Merrill Lynch Realty in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he specialized as a Relocation Specialist. In 1989, he relocated to the East Bay and joined a regional bank's real estate division in San Francisco. His dedication and performance quickly led to his promotion to Assistant Vice President, where he managed the leasing and operations of the bank's headquarters in the Financial District, alongside other properties in the Bay Area.
