Originally from Guatemala City, Tim relocated to the United States at the age of 18 and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in piano performance, having studied at the Juilliard School and the University of Southern California. With over 15 years of experience in the Arcadia/Pasadena area, as well as in Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills, Tim possesses in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, extending from Bradbury to Beverly Hills. His international background allows him to serve a diverse clientele from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Tim is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS®.
