About Timothy Savage

Tim has been a resident of Naples since 1986 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Florida State University. Since 1998, he has dedicated himself to the luxury real estate market in Naples, focusing on prestigious neighborhoods such as Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Olde Naples, and Royal Harbor. Tim made history as the first Realtor in Aqualane Shores to achieve sales exceeding $3 million, $4 million, $5 million, and $6 million for new construction properties. He has also facilitated nearly $300 million in waterfront transactions in Port Royal. Notably, in July 2015, he set a record for the highest sale price ever for a single-family home on a single lot in Aqualane Shores. His extensive knowledge and robust client network have established him as a leading figure in these luxury communities.

As a second-generation Realtor, Tim follows in the footsteps of his father, Pete, who has been the lead broker for GCIP since 1969. Together, they achieved the highest new construction single-lot sale in Port Royal, valued at $14.135 million. Tim's reputation for excellence is built on hard work, determination, and innovative strategies, earning him respect from peers and loyalty from clients.

In 2009, Tim and his partner, Michael McCumber, founded GCIP, introducing a modern business model that attracts luxury clients from around the globe.
