About Timothy Perkins

From a young age, the world of real estate captivated him. Growing up, he fondly recalls gazing out the window during family car rides, admiring the architectural beauty of various properties. This early fascination naturally led him to pursue a career in the industry.

Raised in the serene town of West Monroe, located just north of Syracuse, he appreciates the tranquility of his hometown while still being within reach of urban attractions. He completed his education at Central Square High School before advancing to Syracuse University, where he majored in both finance and real estate. Although he considered various career paths, including investment banking on Wall Street, he ultimately recognized that his true passion lay in real estate. The prospect of relocating to a bustling city was appealing, but his preference for a quieter lifestyle kept him grounded.

It was during his final semester at Syracuse that a pivotal opportunity arose. His real estate development professor, an industry veteran, introduced him to a new venture: Acropolis Development. Recognizing the potential of this emerging company, he eagerly embraced the chance to work alongside an expert with extensive experience and a strong academic background.

In addition to his studies, he gained practical experience by working part-time as a plumber for the largest mechanical contracting firm in the region for four years. He also completed two internships in commercial real estate with Pyramid Companies and Bell Group.

Today, he proudly combines his small-town roots, hands-on experience, and professional expertise as a dedicated real estate professional.
