Following four years of service in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, this real estate professional launched a thriving career in 1993. Their dedication and expertise quickly positioned them among the top performers in the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors (GHAR).

In 1994, they ranked in the top 10% of GHAR, and by 1995, they advanced to the top 5%, earning the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Their success continued, with a notable achievement in 1997, when they reached the top 1% of GHAR and became the leading resale agent in terms of houses sold. The following year, they secured the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and maintained their status as the top resale agent by units settled.

From 1999 to 2001, they consistently ranked in the top 1% of GHAR and received the Outstanding Sales Associate of the Year award in 1999. They also took on leadership roles, serving as Vice Chair of the Special Events Committee and the Realtor Political Action Committee.
