Tim Venjohn embarked on his real estate career in 2002, focusing on a diverse range of properties throughout southern Moore County. His expertise encompasses residential sales, new construction, subdivision development, as well as commercial and income-producing properties.

A distinguished leader in the real estate community, Tim has held the position of President for both the local Association of Realtors and the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In 2014, he was honored as the REALTOR of the Year. His commitment extends to the North Carolina State Association of Realtors, where he served on the Board of Directors, and he has been actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce since 2009. Additionally, Tim dedicated 17 years to the Planning and Zoning Board for Whispering Pines.

Throughout his career, Tim has participated in or chaired nearly every committee within the Association, including roles as board member, secretary-treasurer, president-elect, and chairman of the Legislative and Community Service committees. He has also contributed at the state level on the Legislative Committee and Board of Directors, and he is a proud graduate of the 2014 Leadership Academy.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tim has been an active member of the Parish Advisory Council for Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where he also served as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.

Originally from Miller, South Dakota, Tim has resided in North Carolina since 1986, moving to Moore County in 1989. He holds an Associate of Science degree from Sandhills Community College and served four years in the U.S. Army, earning the title of Soldier of the Year for his battalion at Fort Bragg in 1987.
