A long-time resident of Humboldt County, Tina has deep roots in the community. She is married to Philip and is the proud mother of two children, Lee and Trina, as well as grandmother to two granddaughters, Courtney and Jenna.

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Tina began her career in Humboldt and Del Norte counties. She later expanded her expertise to the Santa Rosa and Sacramento areas, where she collaborated with major builders on land acquisitions and permit processing. Eventually, she returned to her hometown in Humboldt County.

Since joining Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty in 2002, Tina has enjoyed working alongside a team of dedicated and community-focused Realtors. Her areas of specialization include land development, investment properties, and the buying and selling of single-family homes. She is actively involved with the Humboldt County Board of Realtors, serving as Secretary/Treasurer and a past Director, and participates in initiatives such as Government Relations and Toys-4-Kids.
