Todd, a native of Brady, Texas, has extensive ties to the Central Texas region, having lived in Leander, Liberty Hill, and Austin. A significant portion of his life was spent in Lampasas, where he raised his three daughters, who all graduated from local schools. With a background in ranch management and deer leases, Todd possesses a deep understanding of these areas.
