About Todd Hyatt

Todd serves as the Associate Broker and Owner of Lois Ann Disponett Real Estate. He has been a licensed real estate professional since 1986 and has collaborated with his wife, Lois Ann Disponett, for over 36 years.

A native of Anderson County, Kentucky, Todd is the son of Bobby and Nancy Hyatt and has two sisters, Tammy Hood of Mt. Sterling and Meredith Lewis of Lawrenceburg. He graduated from Anderson County High School in 1981 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown College in 1985. During his academic career, Todd was actively involved in athletics, participating in football, basketball, and golf in high school, and continuing with football and golf at Georgetown College.

In the realm of real estate, Todd has achieved several professional designations, including Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and E-Pro. He also holds the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation.

Todd is a dedicated member of both the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS and the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS, currently holding a position on the Board of Directors for the Lexington-Bluegrass Association.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Todd has a passion for youth development in Anderson County, having coached various sports such as soccer, basketball, golf, and softball. He is an active member of First Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, where he has taught seventh and eighth graders for over 32 years and serves as a Trustee.
