About Todd Schroedel

Todd, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, is the second son of a United Church of Christ minister and an elementary school teacher. He completed his high school education at John Marshall High School in Rochester, Minnesota, and graduated with honors from Mankato State University, earning a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics. Following his graduation, Todd and his wife, Darlene, relocated to Colorado, where he dedicated 19 years to teaching middle school mathematics in both Colorado and Wisconsin.

In 2002, Todd ventured into real estate with the intention of working part-time. However, he quickly discovered a wealth of opportunities in the field. He became an integral part of United Country's extensive network of over 500 offices. Initially working under another broker, Todd's exceptional performance earned him a place among the top ten United Country agents nationwide.
