Todd Renfrew serves as the Broker and Owner of California Outdoor Properties and Outdoor Properties of Nevada. Raised in San Francisco, he was awarded a scholarship to the National Football College Hall of Fame, which enabled him to play four years of football at Princeton University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in History.

In 2008, Todd transitioned from a corporate career to specialize in land-based real estate, co-founding California Outdoor Properties with his wife, Marty. His expertise encompasses land valuation, agriculture, ranching, recreational properties, and luxury estates. He is also a proud holder of the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute (RLI).
