Todd Landgrave, a seasoned Realtor in the Denver area, has been a resident of Highlands Ranch since 1992. His deep-rooted connection to the real estate industry is evident, as several family members are engaged in roles such as appraisers and mortgage lenders. Before transitioning to a real estate broker, Todd gained valuable experience as a licensed appraiser.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management-Finance, graduating with honors, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Todd is an active participant in several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Denver Board of Realtors.

With a diverse professional background, Todd has spent many years in corporate finance across the defense and snack food sectors. Most recently, he collaborated with the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, managing accounts within the healthcare industry. This extensive experience, combined with his appraisal expertise, enables him to deliver exceptional service to his clients at Kentwood.

Todd is also committed to his community. He has served as president of the Highlands Ranch Community Association and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Aurora Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he has contributed to the Ronald McDonald Charities granting committee.

Married to his college sweetheart, Kathy, Todd is the proud father of four daughters. Kathy teaches third grade in the Douglas County School District. Outside of his professional commitments, Todd enjoys road biking, backpacking with his family, and exploring the scenic landscapes of Colorado on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
