Todd Woerpel has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and has established himself as a prominent figure in the commercial real estate sales and leasing markets. His involvement with the Boy Scouts of America as District Chairman reflects his dedication to youth development, and as an Eagle Scout himself, he values leadership and mentorship. Todd co-chaired a successful millage campaign for the Lake Hamilton School District, resulting in over $10 million in improvements for classrooms and campuses. Additionally, he chaired the 2011 Garland County Jail campaign and has coached girls’ basketball, organized a Junior Olympic girls’ volleyball team, and participated on the national public relations committee for Camp Quality Arkansas, an organization dedicated to supporting children with cancer.

In his personal life, Todd has a passion for music and enjoys playing the guitar. He is also known as the neighborhood Baggo Champion among his small community of seven full-time residents and is a devoted fan of Kansas State Football.

Originally from Northwest Kansas, Todd relocated to Hot Springs in 1987. He is married and has two daughters, currently serving as the Executive Broker for both Coldwell Banker Commercial and Coldwell Banker Residential RPM Group real estate offices in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
