Tom is a native of Talbot County MD and grew up on the Miles River just outside the town limits of St Michaels He and his wife Debra live on a waterfront farm on Harris Creek just 5 miles from Tom's childhood home Tom loves the Eastern Shore of MD its waterways wildlife and natural beauty

Tom's grandfather Edwin was a real estate broker and his father Charles was a builder and real estate developer so Tom has real estate and home construction in his blood Tom has designed and built several homes in his lifetime the first when he was 19 years old He began his real estate career in 1985 and from 1994 through 2005 was the owner and broker/manager of Sharp Critchlow Nash and Crouch Real Estate
