Toni Lee serves as a Broker-Associate and is a second-generation real estate professional in Palm Beach, drawing on a rich legacy of mentorship from her mother’s agency in the area.

In addition to her real estate career, Lee has held prominent positions in various sectors. She was the International Sales and Marketing Director for Croisieres Paquet, a French cruise line, and served as the International Corporate Social Director for Windstar Sail Cruises. Furthermore, she acted as the Marketing Liaison for the International Art & Antique Show in Palm Beach and worked as a yacht broker with Northrop & Johnson.

Originally from Boston, Lee's educational journey began at L'Escuela Diplomatica in Havana. She later returned to New York City, where she graduated from Chapin Private School and pursued language studies at Barnard College.

A former nationally-ranked equestrian, Lee achieved a commendable 16th place in the hunter-jumper circuit. Her sailing experience includes racing IOR division sailboats in the Southern Ocean Racing Circuit, participating in the Key West to Havana Race, and undertaking transatlantic voyages, as well as exploring the Amazon River by canoe.

Lee has also dedicated her time to teaching micro-enterprise skills to women in underserved regions, with travels spanning China, Indonesia, Cambodia, and West Africa. Additionally, she is a founding member of the Planned Giving Council for Place of Hope, a foster care agency in Palm Beach.
