Tonya Klingaman is a dedicated real estate professional and the owner of EXIT Realty Mitchell, where she serves as a full-time broker. A lifelong resident of Mitchell, Tonya is deeply committed to her community and actively contributes to its growth and development. As a member of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the South Dakota Association of Realtors (SDAR), she embodies the values of a people-oriented business, following the innovative, high-tech, high-touch philosophy established by EXIT Realty Corporation International.

Tonya's academic background includes a degree in medical laboratory technology from Mitchell Technical Institute, followed by a bachelor's and master's degree in biology and secondary education from Dakota Wesleyan University. Her career began in healthcare, working at Avera Queen of Peace and Avera McKennan Hospitals, before transitioning to education, where she taught science at both high school and college levels.

Together with her husband, Kleve Klingaman, she co-owns North Central Seed Company and EXIT Realty Mitchell. Kleve manages the seed company while also engaging in real estate. The couple has three sons who are actively involved in local sports, music, and community initiatives. Over the years, Tonya and Kleve have managed numerous residential and commercial rental properties in Mitchell, further solidifying their investment in the community.

In addition to her real estate endeavors, Tonya is actively involved in several local boards, including the Community Services Advisory Board and the Business Improvement District (BID) board. She also contributes to The Safeplace of Eastern South Dakota and is a member of the Mitchell Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the Connect Mitchell committee, the Mitchell Area Development Corporation, and Mitchell Main Street & Beyond. Her commitment to community service extends to volunteering in her sons' schools and sporting events, as well as participating in her local PEO BK chapter.
