After graduating with honors from California Polytechnic University, Tracey dedicated seven years to teaching in California's public school system while also earning her master's degree in education from San Jose State University. This foundation served her well when she transitioned to real estate in 2003, shortly after relocating to Florida with her family. That first year, she achieved Multi-Million Dollar Producer status and has continued to excel ever since.

Tracey attributes her success to the strong relationships she has cultivated with her clients over the years. "I genuinely care about my clients, and I believe that’s why over 90 percent of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients," she explains. As a long-time resident of the Shores of Jupiter, she possesses a deep understanding of the neighborhoods and communities across Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties—an essential asset in competitive markets like Jupiter, Tequesta, and Palm Beach Gardens.

Her accomplishments in real estate led to her recruitment as an instructor for Keller Williams Realty of the Palm Beaches in 2013, part of the largest real estate franchise globally. In addition to mentoring both new and experienced agents, Tracey leads the Agent Leadership Council at her office. "Continuing education is fundamental to growth and success in all areas of life," she asserts, as she engages with new technologies being introduced by Keller Williams in 2019 to enhance service for clients and agents alike.

With nearly two decades of experience, Tracey has developed an in-depth knowledge of local markets, which is crucial for both buyers and sellers. Her expert marketing strategies and an average of 17 days on the market for listings ensure that sellers achieve swift sales while helping buyers secure their ideal homes. Outside of her professional life, Tracey resides in the Shores of Jupiter with her husband, Jostein, and their two daughters—Elena, a student at Florida State University, and Bella, a senior at Jupiter High School. Tracey actively volunteers at Jupiter High, supporting Project Graduation, an alcohol-free celebration for seniors. In her leisure time, she enjoys paddleboarding and practicing Pilates, while Jostein serves as a pilot for Trauma Hawk, Palm Beach County’s emergency response helicopters.
