Her notable projects include the renovation of a former multi-million-dollar estate owned by the late William P. Blatty, renowned author of “The Exorcist,” which is now owned by music artist Drake, as well as the construction and subsequent sale of a picturesque lakefront home on Lake Sherwood. This extensive experience has equipped Tracey with an in-depth understanding of the West San Fernando and Conejo Valley markets.
