Traci McCarthy's journey began in a military family, leading her to experience diverse locales before her family settled in Miami, Florida. At 18, she relocated to Alexandria, Virginia, where she met her husband, Michael McCarthy. Together, they raised two children, Megan and Michael. In 1998, seeking closer ties to family, they moved to Sherman, Texas.

Megan, who graduated as the Salutatorian from S&S High School in 2011, pursued a nursing degree and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University in Dallas in January 2016. She currently serves as a registered nurse in the ICU at TMC. Michael, on the other hand, graduated as Valedictorian from S&S High School in 2015 and is now studying Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University in College Station.

Traci's professional background is rooted in client services, having spent 17 years at The Pampered Chef, where she advanced from Consultant to Director. Her tenure was marked by a commitment to exceptional customer service, earning her the “Award for Excellence” for 11 of those years.
