In 1982, the agent relocated from the San Fernando Valley to Santa Clarita Valley, a region then home to approximately 65,000 residents and lacking many modern amenities, including a shopping mall. She embarked on her real estate career in 1986, a time when the process of buying and selling properties was considerably more straightforward, characterized by brief contracts—just one page for listings and two for purchases.

By 1990, she faced the challenges of being a single parent to three young children while managing a demanding real estate business. To balance her professional and personal responsibilities, she established one of the first real estate teams in Santa Clarita Valley. Her vision was to deliver exceptional service to clients while being an attentive mother and actively engaging with the community.

Her team has gained a reputation for professionalism and respect in every transaction.
