She embarked on her real estate career in 1986, a time when the process of buying and selling properties was considerably more straightforward, characterized by brief contracts—just one page for listings and two for purchases.

By 1990, she faced the challenges of being a single parent to three young children while managing a demanding real estate business. To balance her professional and personal responsibilities, she established one of the first real estate teams in Santa Clarita Valley. Her vision was to deliver exceptional service to clients while being an attentive mother and actively engaging with the community.

Her team has gained a reputation for professionalism and respect in every transaction. They leverage technology to achieve optimal results while maintaining a commitment to traditional, personalized service, including timely follow-ups and in-person meetings. A relationship-oriented individual, she prioritizes the well-being of her clients and the community she serves. All team members are encouraged to contribute through volunteer work, and she has dedicated years to organizations such as the SCV Senior Center and Single Mothers Outreach, believing strongly in the importance of community involvement and fostering goodwill for future generations.

In March 2013, she co-founded Cobalt Realty Group in Santa Clarita Valley with three partners, focusing on assembling a team of top-tier agents dedicated to providing personalized service to clients and enhancing community welfare.
