Born and raised in Laguna Niguel, California, Trent excelled academically and athletically. He accepted a Division 1 football scholarship to South Dakota State University, where he played linebacker for three years before transferring to the University of Arizona. There, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Development, complemented by a minor in Business.

Returning to Orange County after college was a natural choice for Trent, who is dedicated to giving back to the community that has shaped him. He actively participates in The Middletown at Dana Hills High School, an initiative supporting children from separated families, and serves as a guest speaker for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at various high schools throughout the region. His involvement in these organizations reflects his commitment to making a positive impact.

Travel has played a significant role in Trent's life, enriching his understanding of the world and its diverse cultures. His adventures include summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, exploring the Amazon rainforest, and road-tripping through Ireland. He has also traveled extensively in Europe, visiting countries such as France, Italy, and Turkey, as well as enjoying time in Phuket, Thailand. These experiences have shaped Trent into a diligent, resilient, and resourceful individual, qualities he brings to his real estate career.
