A graduate of the Graduate Realtor® Institute, [he/she/they] is committed to ensuring that everyone has access to a place they can proudly call home.

With a background steeped in real estate, Trina grew up on job sites alongside [his/her/their] father, a builder and developer. This early exposure provided [him/her/them] with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process, from the ground up. [His/Her/Their] journey began with hands-on experience, which has since evolved into a passion for guiding clients through their real estate transactions.

Trina believes in the importance of aligning buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes. Whether representing buyers or sellers, [he/she/they] is dedicated to managing, educating, and guiding clients throughout the process. Each transaction presents an opportunity to build meaningful relationships that can positively impact both parties involved. Recognizing that a home is often the most significant financial investment a person will make, [he/she/they] approaches each situation with the understanding that a home is not just a structure, but a reflection of the lives lived within its walls.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Trina has called Gainesville home since the age of two. After completing an Associate's degree in Business Administration at Santa Fe College, [he/she/they] earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Florida. [His/Her/Their] real estate career began in 1993, and in 1996, [he/she/they] co-founded New Generation Home Builders with [his/her/their] father and brother, where [he/she/they] serves as CEO and General Manager.

In addition to [his/her/their] professional endeavors, Trina is actively involved in the community, having served on the Auxiliary for the Children's Home Society for the past two years. In [his/her/their] free time, [he/she/they] can often be found at Gainesville Health and Fitness Center, where [he/she/they] has been a group fitness instructor for over 30 years.
