About Troy Rosenzweig

In 1982, Troy Rosen relocated to Absecon Island from the suburbs of Philadelphia with a clear ambition: to become a licensed builder and land developer. Fueled by determination and a strong work ethic, he embarked on a journey that began with an entry-level position at one of the area's most respected construction firms. Through this role, Troy quickly acquired extensive knowledge across various trades, developing a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. This experience not only sharpened his technical skills but also enhanced his ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships within the industry.

During this formative period, Troy met his wife, Phyllis Scherr, who would become both his life partner and business collaborator. Leveraging her artistic background and business acumen, they established Troy Rosen Builders, successfully operating the company for over a decade. In 2005, after completing numerous successful projects and cultivating a vast network within the real estate sector, Phyllis proposed a shift toward the marketing and sales side of real estate. Initially hesitant, Troy ultimately embraced the idea, and together they transitioned into licensed real estate professionals.

Applying the same principles of hard work, customer service, and integrity that defined their development business, Troy and Phyllis found great success in their new roles.
