This company, which he co-founded with his father, Les Mathews, while attending Grand Canyon University on a full golf scholarship, was built from the ground up. After a successful tenure, they decided to explore new opportunities and sold the firm in 2013.

During the economic downturn, Tyler and Les began flipping residential properties in Arizona, which ignited Tyler's passion for residential real estate sales and investments. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Tyler spent his summers in San Diego, where he developed a deep appreciation for the California lifestyle and its beautiful beaches. His wife, Ashley, significantly influenced their move to San Diego, as her family has long cherished summer days on Coronado Island. Their dream of living in this idyllic setting has come to fruition, and they are now raising their son, Caleb, in the charming surf town of Imperial Beach, where beach outings are a daily delight.

In his leisure time, Tyler enjoys golfing, relaxing on the beach, going on date nights with Ashley, volunteering at their church, and kayak fishing in the many lakes and bays of San Diego.
