Born on January 1 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Vance has spent the majority of his life in this vibrant community, with the exception of his college years at East Carolina University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005. Shortly after, he obtained his North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license and embarked on a career in real estate.
