Victor Maus relocated to Tahoe in 1962, entering the fourth grade at that time. It was here that he first crossed paths with Debbie Perona, who would later become his wife, during their seventh-grade years. Victor pursued higher education at San Jose State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration in 1975, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1976.

With more than 35 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in both California and Nevada, Victor has established a robust career in the industry. Additionally, he has held a general building contractor license in both states for over 40 years. In 2020, he proudly joined Corcoran Global Living, further enhancing his professional journey.
