Nearly 15 years ago, she and her husband transitioned from a condo in Chicago's Rogers Park to a residence in Oak Park's Frank Lloyd Wright Historic District. Throughout the comprehensive renovation of their home, Victoria honed her skills in contractor management and became well-versed in the intricacies of planning departments and building regulations. Having personally experienced the challenges and anxieties associated with real estate transactions, particularly those involving historic properties, she is uniquely positioned to facilitate a seamless closing process for her clients.

Currently, Victoria is engaged in the renovation of her family’s vacation property, an 1880s Michigan farmhouse and barn, further enhancing her expertise in property transformation.

Outside of her professional commitments, Victoria enjoys quality time with her husband and three daughters at their Michigan farm, where they engage in hiking, painting, and gardening. An avid horseback rider, she also cherishes moments spent with her Lusitano horse, Ufano.

Victoria’s insight into the real estate market allows her to help clients visualize the potential of properties. Before embarking on her real estate career, Victoria spent over a decade in the public sector, where she managed substantial budgets and negotiated contracts for various public entities, including the Chicago Public Schools and the Chicago Park District. Most recently, she oversaw the financial management of a $2.5 billion school construction program for the Chicago Public Schools, the third-largest school district in the nation. Her previous roles included serving as the Capital Budget Manager for the Chicago Park District, where she developed and managed a $200 million Capital Improvement Program, as well as working in the City Manager's office of a suburban municipality. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Public Policy, graduating with high honors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Her extensive background in public sector budgeting, capital planning, and operations management equips her with the skills necessary to navigate the intricacies of real estate transactions.
