Vincent “Vinny” Matassa, originally from New York City and raised in Brentwood, Long Island, began his career as a volunteer firefighter at the age of 18. He later transitioned into a professional firefighting role in Tennessee and Georgia. His experience as a first responder allowed him to explore various interests, including building his first home and launching a security business.

These ventures ignited Vinny's passion for real estate. He relocated to Pensacola Beach, Florida, where he took on the role of Southeastern Regional Sales Manager. During this time, he actively invested in, renovated, and flipped properties in the Pensacola area, further deepening his knowledge of the real estate market.
