His professional journey began as a FedEx driver and operations manager, a role he held from 1984 to 2010. After departing from FedEx, he explored various career paths until a friend's suggestion led him to consider real estate. Embracing this new direction, he joined EXIT Realty in 2014 and has since thrived in the industry.

After five years of gaining invaluable experience, Vincent seized the opportunity to establish his own office in Dunnellon, Florida, just west of the picturesque Rainbow River. With gratitude for his dedicated team of Realtors, he quickly expanded, launching the only EXIT franchise in Ocala, Florida.
