About Virginia Mahan

Jenny Mahan hails from a family deeply rooted in service and education. Her mother dedicated her career to nursing in the operating room, while her father made his mark as a teacher, author, and historian. This upbringing instilled in Jenny a profound sense of compassion and a commitment to helping others.

Jenny's journey with her husband, Jesse, began in high school, where they started as friends. After graduation, their paths diverged, but fate brought them back together, igniting a romance that ultimately led to marriage. Together, they blended their families, welcoming Jesse’s daughter and Jenny’s son into their lives.

Jesse's enlistment in the Navy took the family to San Diego, where they spent several years. Their youngest son was born there, and Jenny transformed their townhouse on the base into a welcoming home. The warm atmosphere attracted fellow military families, who often sought refuge at the Mahan residence, forging lifelong friendships. Jenny recalls moments when even the burly marines helped with diaper changes.

Upon returning to Texas, the couple settled in Round Rock. In search of more space, Jenny explored the area and discovered a picturesque piece of land just north of Georgetown. The property, with its gentle slope, was ideal for their vision. After purchasing the acreage, they planted trees and began constructing their dream home. Jesse took on much of the building work, while Jenny contributed her skills in interior design, overseeing the home’s aesthetic.

They named their property "Mahan Acres," which soon evolved into a farm with the addition of cattle and chickens—much to Jenny's delight, as she enjoys fresh eggs for breakfast. With Jesse often working long hours, Jenny took on the responsibility of caring for the animals, which involved more than just feeding them.

One memorable incident involved their large black Angus bull, Bo, who managed to escape through the fence and wandered nearly a mile down the road. With Jesse at work and the boys at school, Jenny took it upon herself to retrieve him. Armed with a bucket of feed, she coaxed Bo back home, and by the time the sheriff's deputy arrived to assist, Jenny had already successfully led the bull back to Mahan Acres.

Jesse's construction work provided Jenny with opportunities to further explore her passion for interior design. During a remodeling project for a local Catholic church, she collaborated closely with Jesse and the priest to develop a new design vision. These experiences gave her invaluable insights into home construction, expanding her knowledge beyond interior design.

As friends and family visited Mahan Acres, some expressed interest in finding new homes in the area. Jenny enjoyed showing them around model homes and available properties, sharing her extensive insights along the way. Encouraged by their feedback, she decided to pursue a career in real estate.

In May 2016, Jenny obtained her real estate license and now takes great pleasure in assisting clients with buying or selling homes, farms, and ranches.

If you're looking to buy a Williamson County real estate agent email list, you're in good company. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use this data to reach agents who can refer clients directly to their services. PropTech companies use it to demo new platforms to an active, local agent base. Recruiters at brokerages use it to identify and approach licensed agents ready for a change. Continuing education providers use it to fill courses before license renewal deadlines hit.

This list puts you in front of {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed real estate agents in Williamson County, Texas — all with verified email addresses. Of those, {{CELL_COUNT}} also include cell phone numbers for direct outreach. Whether you're running a drip campaign, a product launch, or a recruiter blast, this is the contact data that connects you to the people who actually matter to your pipeline.

Why Buy a Williamson County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the Texas state real estate licensing board, so you're starting with official, verified data — not scraped junk from random websites. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is completely refreshed bi-annually. That ongoing maintenance is what backs the 96% deliverability guarantee. Cheap alternatives don't offer that because they don't do that work.

Dr Bill has been selling real estate agent lists since 2005 and has moved over 31,000 lists to clients across the country. That track record matters when you're making a purchasing decision. You're not testing an unknown vendor — you're buying from the most experienced name in agent contact data, with a deliverability guarantee most competitors can't touch.

How to Use This Williamson County Agent List

The most common use is cold email outreach through platforms built for it. Zap Contact at zapcontact.com is purpose-built for this type of campaign and works seamlessly with this data format. Beyond email, the list supports direct mail campaigns, SMS and phone outreach using the included cell numbers, and LinkedIn audience matching to layer in social touchpoints alongside your email sequence.

You can also segment the list by broker versus individual sales agent, letting you tailor messaging based on decision-making authority. A title company pitching a new partnership speaks differently to a broker-owner than to a buyer's agent. The data structure supports that kind of targeting so your campaigns land with the right message to the right contact.

Why Williamson County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Williamson County covers a dense cluster of fast-growing cities including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, and Pflugerville. Each of these markets has its own agent ecosystem, and with {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents operating across the county, there's real volume here worth reaching. A statewide Texas list buries these contacts in noise — a county-level list puts them front and center.

The list is available at the state, county, city, and zip code level — and no other vendor offers zip code-level segmentation within Williamson County. That means you can target agents operating in a specific zip code, perfect for hyper-local campaigns where geography directly affects relevance and response rate.
