Growing up in Los Angeles, Vivian was influenced by her mother, a lighting architect and interior designer, which instilled in her an appreciation for exquisite homes. Her passion for real estate was ignited during her tenure in the luxury properties division at Christie’s Auction House, leading her to pursue a career in brokering high-end properties. Leveraging her extensive local knowledge and robust network, Vivian provides her clients with a distinct competitive advantage. Additionally, her experience as a seasoned flipper and builder equips her with a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Vivian earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and art history from UC Davis, followed by an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Fluent in Korean, she dedicates her free time to mentoring young women through various USC programs aimed at breaking business barriers. Outside of her professional pursuits, Vivian enjoys painting, practicing Pilates, and traveling.
