About Vlaja Telfer

Vlaja, originally from Ukraine, relocated to Connecticut at the age of six. She spent her formative years in Connecticut, culminating in a degree from Quinnipiac University. Her journey took a romantic turn when she met her husband in Mallorca, Spain, a picturesque island in the Mediterranean. The couple eventually settled in Gainesville, Florida, where both of their sons graduated from the University of Florida. Ten years ago, they made Palm Coast their home, residing in Tidelands with their two Pugs. In addition to her family pets, Vlaja actively fosters Pugs for Central Florida Pug Rescue, often caring for one or two additional dogs seeking loving homes.

With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Vlaja transitioned to real estate eight years ago, earning her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Her expertise encompasses various aspects of real estate, including staging, and she has successfully navigated numerous short sales, holding the Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation.
