After completing his studies at the University of Tennessee, he returned to Atlanta with his wife, Therese. Todd initially spent two years in retail management before transitioning to the manufacturing sector alongside his parents. He served as the general manager of 3W Quilting & Laminating Co., Inc. for 17 years, overseeing the production of custom bedding and window treatments.

Todd embarked on his real estate career in 1998, and his business has flourished due to his dedication to providing outstanding service.
