Later, he co-founded a printing company, where he led the sales team for 17 years. Throughout this time, Dino maintained a keen interest in real estate, frequently remodeling his own properties and touring homes in Marin, often assisting friends in their home searches.

Upon obtaining his real estate license, Dino applied his design sensibility to property renovations and embraced sustainable practices by becoming a certified EcoBroker®.
