Lee Crouch, a lifelong resident of Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, has deep familial roots in the area, with a legacy of pediatricians in his family, including his father, grandfather, and uncle. Both sets of his grandparents, along with his parents, owned property at Wrightsville Beach and Figure Eight Island, making summers by the shore a significant part of his upbringing.

Lee reflects on his career, stating, "Selling Wrightsville Beach property was a natural progression for me; my passion for real estate has always been evident." In 1987, he became the ninth agent to join Intracoastal Realty, quickly establishing himself as a top sales agent in his first full year.
