Wanda Berry is a dedicated member of the Berry Sales Team at Coastwalk Real Estate, located in Carolina Beach. The team comprises Wanda, her husband Chip, and their son Jay. Originally hailing from South Carolina, the Berrys explored various coastal communities along the East Coast before settling in Kure Beach in 1998, drawn by the growth potential of the Wilmington region, particularly Pleasure Island.

With a background in offshore fishing and as owners of Maps Unique, a company specializing in fishing maps for 28 years, the Berrys leveraged their expertise to successfully market real estate in and around Pleasure Island.
