In 1996, she founded Whitman Fine Properties, which has consistently achieved annual sales between $30 million and $65 million since its inception.

Wendalin's expertise is underscored by her attainment of both the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. Her foundation in customer service stems from her previous experience in Europe, where she worked as a Finance Manager for Club Mediterranee from 1985 to 1989. This role provided her with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and customer relations, particularly during her tenure at the Club Mediterranee St. Moritz, where she developed a passion for the Alpine lifestyle.

Wendalin's entry into Aspen real estate began with assisting clients seeking vacation rentals, revealing a significant demand for professional rental services in the luxury market. A graduate of the University of Virginia, she holds a double major in Economics and Languages, with a focus on Spanish. Fluent in both French and Spanish, she actively maintains her language skills, drawing from her studies in Madrid and her European experiences.

Wendalin is also committed to community involvement, serving on the Board for The Ridge of Red Mountain for over nine years and as President of the Park Central West Condo Association for more than two years. In September 2006, she embraced her most cherished role as a mother to her daughter, Leilah. Recently, Wendalin was recognized as one of Aspen's top real estate agents, further solidifying her reputation in the industry.
