Wende Parks, a proud Texan, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. After a brief hiatus to advance her career, her deep-rooted affection for Austin drew her back to the city she loves.

Since obtaining her real estate license in 2003, Wende has been an integral part of the Moreland team. Her extensive experience in marketing and sales for various condominium projects in Austin has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the condo development process. This expertise positions her as a vital resource for clients interested in buying or selling condominiums in Central Austin and the Downtown area.

Outside of her real estate endeavors, Wende enjoys outdoor activities, often found on the hike and bike trail with her dogs, Lalo and Lola. A passionate runner, she has completed several prestigious marathons, including those in Disney World, Austin, New York City, and Boston, as well as an Ironman competition in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Additionally, she volunteers with Dress for Success Austin, contributing to her community.
