About Wendy Santantonio

Wendy, a Cleveland, Ohio native, graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. In 2000, she relocated to Alexandria, Virginia, where she quickly became enamored with the rich history and unique charm of the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia region.

For the first fifteen years of her professional journey, Wendy focused on non-profit marketing and event management. The expertise she developed in contract negotiation, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness at managing multiple tasks under pressure facilitated a seamless transition into the real estate sector.

In the spring of 2013, Wendy joined McEnearney Associates, where she has consistently achieved the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors’ “Top Producer” designation each year. She actively contributes to McEnearney’s Agent Advisory Board and is involved in the mentorship program, which connects experienced realtors with newcomers to the industry.

Wendy and her husband share a deep interest in renovating historic homes. They are currently engaged in restoring their 1880s row house in Old Town Alexandria and a 1908 Foursquare located outside the Beltway. Alongside their renovation projects, they manage a successful DIY blog, OldTownHome.com, where they offer renovation tips, decorating advice, and insights into the character of Old Town Alexandria and its surroundings, as well as the challenges and triumphs of DIY home improvement.

A dedicated home and design enthusiast, Wendy has been featured on the DIY Network and in various online and print publications, including Alexandria Living Magazine, the cover of Old House Journal, The Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, Apartment Therapy, the Alexandria Times, and LORE Magazine. Additionally, she collaborated with HGTV Magazine on a custom interior design project, and her home was showcased during the Scottish Christmas Walk Designer Tour of Homes in Old Town Alexandria.

Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech startups, real estate recruiters, insurance agents, and continuing education providers all rely on targeted outreach to connect with actively licensed real estate professionals. Our Alexandria City County, Virginia real estate agent email list provides direct access to 1,292 verified agents who are actively practicing in this competitive Northern Virginia market, allowing you to bypass gatekeepers and reach decision-makers directly.

Whether you're launching a new mortgage product, recruiting top-performing agents, or promoting essential services like title insurance or professional development courses, having accurate contact information for local agents gives you a significant competitive advantage. Generic statewide marketing campaigns waste budget on irrelevant prospects, while our county-specific data ensures every dollar spent targets agents actually working in your service area.

Why Buy an Alexandria City County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our real estate agent data comes directly from Virginia's state licensing board records, ensuring you receive only actively licensed professionals with current contact information. We update this database monthly to maintain 96% email deliverability, removing inactive licenses and updating changed email addresses that cheaper alternatives often miss. This commitment to data quality means your campaigns reach real agents, not dead email addresses or former licensees.

While discount list vendors scrape outdated websites and provide questionable data with no guarantees, our premium Alexandria City County agent list undergoes rigorous verification processes. We stand behind our 96% deliverability guarantee because we invest in proper data sourcing and maintenance, giving you confidence that your marketing investment will generate actual responses from qualified prospects.

How to Use This Alexandria City County Agent List

Deploy this agent database across multiple marketing channels for maximum impact. Launch targeted email campaigns using cold-email platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com), Dr Bill's purpose-built platform designed specifically for purchased lists, since mainstream platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact prohibit purchased data. You can also use the addresses for direct mail campaigns, phone outreach, and LinkedIn connection requests to create multi-touch marketing sequences.

Segment the list strategically by separating broker-owners from sales agents, as each group has different pain points and service needs. Broker-owners typically seek technology solutions, training programs, and business development services, while individual agents respond better to lead generation tools, marketing services, and continuing education offers. This targeted approach dramatically improves response rates compared to generic messaging.

Why Alexandria City County, Virginia Agent Data Matters

Alexandria City County represents a concentrated market of 1,292 active real estate professionals serving Alexandria and surrounding communities in this affluent Northern Virginia region. When you buy Alexandria City County real estate agent email list data, you're targeting agents who understand local market conditions, established referral networks, and client preferences that differ significantly from agents in Richmond or Virginia Beach.

Our county-level targeting provides superior results compared to broad statewide campaigns, and we're the only vendor offering zip code level segmentation within Alexandria City County. This granular targeting capability allows you to focus on specific neighborhoods or demographic segments, ensuring your message reaches agents most likely to need your particular service or product offering.
