Wen Saunders has been a prominent figure in the Pagosa Springs real estate market since relocating there in 2007. Originally from Lafayette, Colorado, she purchased a five-acre parcel in Pagosa Springs in 2000, where she built a log home in 2005 with plans for retirement. Recognizing the need for a more supportive environment, Wen joined Keller Williams Realty Southwest Associates in April 2014.
