About Will Harris

Will, a Nebraska native, dedicated 16 years of service in the Army, where he distinguished himself as an Army Recruiter Station Commander and Field First Sergeant across various locations in Nebraska, Iowa, and North Texas. After retiring as a Sergeant First Class in 2016, Will and his wife, Anna, embarked on their real estate careers, founding The Great Home Team. Under their leadership, the team has achieved recognition as one of the top 1% of real estate teams in Texas.

In his role as a real estate professional, Will is committed to supporting the Veteran community. He focuses on empowering Veterans to build wealth through real estate and financial education, with a particular passion for guiding first-time homebuyers and educating Veterans about the benefits of VA loans. Additionally, he mentors fellow Realtors, helping them elevate their careers and achieve greater success in the industry.

Currently, Will serves as the manager and partner at the Local Realty Agency's McKinney office, while also acting as co-owner and Team Leader of The Great Home Team. His leadership extends beyond his business; he has previously held the position of President of the North Texas Pioneers Rotary Club in Plano, TX, and has taken on various leadership roles within the real estate sector.
