William DiMaggio joined The Hood Team in 2014, bringing a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to the group. As the newest member, he collaborates closely with Danny and Karen Hood, each of whom boasts 36 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector.

William earned both his Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Emergency Medical Care and Paramedicine from Eastern Kentucky University. After completing his education, he remained in the eastern Kentucky region for several years. However, after a seven-year absence from Columbia, he recognized that there truly is no place like home. Prior to transitioning into real estate, William dedicated four years to serving the Irmo/Lexington community as a paramedic.

His personal experience in purchasing a home, which led to meeting his future wife, has given him a deep understanding of the significance of finding the perfect residence. William currently resides in the St. Andrews area with his wife, Jessie, and their four daughters. The family is actively involved in Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
